Terms of Service

By accessing or using any service under the wisporius.com domain ("Wisporius", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the services.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Wisporius. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

To access most features, you must create a Wisporius ID account. You agree to:

• –Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• –Keep your password secure and not share it with others
• –Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• –Not create accounts for the purpose of abuse, spam, or impersonation

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Wisporius provides a suite of connected services including, but not limited to, identity management (ID), file storage (Drive), digital currency (Wallet), and media content (Wisifs). We may add, modify, or discontinue services at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Services are provided on an "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen outages may temporarily limit access.

"Your Content" refers to any files, images, text, or other material you upload, store, or transmit through Wisporius services.

• –You retain ownership of your content — Wisporius does not claim any intellectual property rights over it
• –You grant Wisporius a limited license to store, process, and serve your content as necessary to operate the services
• –You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must ensure it does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• –We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law, with or without notice

Wisporius Wallet uses a credit-based system. Credits can be purchased via Stripe or granted by the platform.

• –Credits are a digital currency within Wisporius and have no cash value outside the platform
• –Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law
• –Free credits may be granted or revoked at our discretion
• –Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis and may be cancelled at any time — prorated refunds are not provided for partial billing periods
• –We reserve the right to modify pricing, credit values, and plan features with reasonable notice

You agree not to use Wisporius to:

• –Upload, store, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• –Upload malware, viruses, or any code designed to harm or disrupt services
• –Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, services, or systems
• –Use the platform for spam, phishing, or fraudulent activity
• –Circumvent rate limits, storage quotas, or other technical restrictions
• –Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the services without written permission
• –Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to Wisporius services
• –Impersonate another person or entity

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination at our sole discretion.

The Wisporius name, logo, and all service names, designs, and code are the property of Wisporius LLC. You may not use our branding without written permission.

Open-source components used in Wisporius are subject to their respective licenses.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion:

• –Your account will be soft-deleted — you will no longer be able to sign in
• –Files stored in Drive will be permanently deleted
• –Remaining credits are forfeited and cannot be recovered
• –Transaction history may be retained for legal and accounting purposes

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. In cases of severe abuse, termination may be immediate and without prior warning.

Wisporius is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the services at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wisporius LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Wisporius in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or a notice in your Wisporius dashboard. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were last revised.
